Apprenticeship as industrial management assistant (m/f/d)

The RBU Group has been a successful service provider in the fields of engineering, manufacturing and assembly for more than 25 years. We are an owner-managed group and offer convincing solutions in a wide range of industrial areas of thermal process technology, but also in general steel construction.
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an industrial management assistant trainee.
Your future training area
- You will work in all key business areas such as materials management, purchasing, logistics, quality management and sales, as well as human resources, controlling and accounting.
- You actively support day-to-day business and gain insight into the planning, organisation and implementation of work processes
- For example, you take care of correspondence, design presentations, procure office supplies, plan and monitor appointments, prepare meetings and organise business trips.
- You support the purchasing department with technical components and purchase external services
- You look after customers, take part in order processing, write invoices and monitor incoming payments.
- You take care of the shipping and the associated customs processing
